Yeti<\/strong>: [Spotting Peekaboo entering the room and then doing a double take<\/em>] Oh dear! What happened to you<\/em>?<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: What do you mean?<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: You look like your calico colors are…seeping…or sliding…or leaking…or something.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: What on earth are you talking about?<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: [Beckoning Boo to follow<\/em>] Come to the mirror – you’ll see.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: [Catching her reflection, and her breath<\/em>] Oh – OH!<\/em> My beautiful white bib<\/em>!<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: You mean your greasy orange<\/em> bib.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: Oh, man, I thought I bathed it all off!<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: Bathed all what<\/em> off?<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: You know Missus dozed off on the couch last night and then zombied upstairs? She left the bag of barbecue chips she’d finished behind.<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: And you took it upon yourself to steal from it. [Sigh<\/em>]<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: I don’t know if it’s technically stealing<\/em>…they would have thrown away<\/em> the dust after all.<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: [Sarcastically<\/em>] And because that bag is obviously<\/em> labeled “cat food” [rolls eyes<\/em>]….<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: Well, with all those words everywhere on it, it could<\/em> be…if you’re not concerned about the letters all being in order and stuff….<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: [Groans<\/em>]<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: [Studying her neck and chest<\/em>] Rats, it must have stained my fur when I stuck my whole head in there to lick it clean.<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: Looks like you could use your bib for a tasty snack later. [Shakes head<\/em>] You are so<\/em> busted. I don’t even have<\/em> to tattle. Even if you clean up, the bag’s still too clean I’m sure.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: [Bathing furiously<\/em>] Hard to reach…[lick<\/em>] help [lick<\/em>] me [lick<\/em>] get [lick<\/em>] it [lick<\/em>] off!!!<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: No way any day – you know I hate people food. I don’t want it coming up later. Sorry, you’re on your own.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: [Lingering while enjoying the barbecue-flavored residue<\/em>] Nummy, I can see why people love this stuff. It’s like…catnip. [Smack! Smack!<\/em>]<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: [Following a zig-zagging lick-y Boo into entryway<\/em>] Without the hallucinogenic side effects…unless you actually think you can get away with this. Oh, and don’t even think<\/em> about trying to get into those<\/span> [indicates the box of bottles of barbecue sauce and seasoning-rub their People just brought back from a trip through Kansas City<\/em>]. Touch those<\/em> and you’d best pack for the shelter.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: I’ve smelled them putting this stuff on meat on the grill before; I could never have imagined meat being better, but it’s like magic! [Sniffing the bottles<\/em>] I can’t get a scent out of these like the bags. Too bad they’re not on the counter so I can knock them off.<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: You are playing with fire, oh Bib-of-Flame. Learn to look but not touch. Or sniff but not taste.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: Yeah, right, so<\/em> easy. Or breathe but not, um…breathe.<\/p>\n

Yeti<\/strong>: Someone barbecued your brain.<\/p>\n

Boo<\/strong>: [Sucking on her bib happily<\/em>] But what a way to go….<\/p>\n
